The name "KLAITON"
KLAITON‘s namesake didn’t only give us a name, but also a mission: Harvard Business School Professor Clayton Christensen has been researching and publishing in the area of Disruptive Innovation since the 1990s. He observed that the successful players in a sector at the beginning often do not take notice of small companies with new business models. However over time, these companies experiencing rapid growth and high innovation become serious or even dangerous competitors to the behemoths in the sector. In his article "Consulting on the Cusp of Disruption" , the professor predicted the success of new consulting models such as KLAITON’s.
